Sometimes doctors and representatives of the clinic face a situation when a review previously published on the page is canceled or withdrawn.
In the article How do we check reviews? We have already mentioned that additional checks can occur at any time after publication. Any user can find out how a particular review was left and how it was checked through the sign of the shield next to the review.:
Feedback can be left: through the website, through the call center, through ProDoctorovthe mobile.
The following verification steps may be specified:
- Confirmation of the appointment (the patient made an appointment via ProDoctorov)
- Artificial intelligence (for all reviews except those collected by the call center)
- Moderator (for all reviews except those collected by the call center)
- Control Department (for reviews that were submitted for extended review, but it was decided that they could be published without it, as well as for reviews that had additional interaction between the employee and the author)
- Document confirmation (the review has passed an extended review)
Any positive review that was not included in the extended review can be included in the scheduled review of the page, if violations are detected on the page, if violations are detected in the user's profile.
Any negative review that was not included in the extended review may be included in it if challenged by a doctor or clinic, if it is suspected of being anti-PR, according to the decision of the portal's lawyers.
As a result of the review, the review is either returned to the publication with the verification stage«Подтверждение документами», or it remains a hidden cancellation message («Автор не подтвердил факты из отзыва документами, поэтому отзыв аннулирован. Восстановим, если получим подтверждение. Если вы автор, позвоните нам 8 (800) 600-30-28.») and does not affect the rating.
The review may be removed from publication (meaning there will be no information about it on the page) in cases where the author violated the publication rules. For example, during his interaction with the portal, it turned out that he wrote on someone else's behalf (he introduced himself as another person), that he made a mistake in choosing the page of the doctor or clinic, that the author is the very doctor about whom the review was written, etc.
Some of the violations cannot be corrected: we will not return a review about ourselves from a doctor, a review about another doctor or clinic to the publication.
Some of it is possible. For example, if the author wrote a review on behalf of a relative, he can correct the text, then the review will be returned to the publication.
Also, the review may disappear completely if the author has deleted his profile from the portal on his ownProDoctorov.
