Why was the review moved to another page?

Reviews on the portal are a valuable choice aid for those users who are trying to find a doctor/ clinic and see if they can help them. Therefore, it is very important for us and for our readers to understand from the review: how did the doctor help this particular author? Why did he have such an opinion about the doctor? Why does the patient recommend this particular clinic or, conversely, does not recommend it? For a review to be of maximum benefit, it must be on the appropriate page. Therefore, on the pages of doctors, we publish reviews about how the interaction takes place within the framework of admission / treatment with this particular doctor. On the clinic pages there is a general opinion about the work of medical institutions, their staff as a whole, about financial policy, etc. If the doctor, including the head of the department, and most of the text is not about how he treats, but how well he organized everything in the department, such a review will also be more useful on the blades page.

This is also indicated by the ratings that are suggested when writing a review: in the review about the doctor, we ask you to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, thoroughness of examination, patient information, attitude to the patient and willingness to recommend a doctor, in the review about the clinic — building and premises, equipment and medicines, staff attitude, comfort of stay and waiting time / quality meals (depending on the type of institution).
Therefore, a review that is more suitable in content for another page, not the one on which it was originally left, is moved by the moderator to where it will be more useful.

We adhere to the following rule: in a review about a doctor, up to 25-30% of information related to the clinic as a whole or to other employees of the same clinic is allowed.

The feedback about the surgeon, the operation he performed and its consequences with one sentence, including thanks to the anesthesiologist, will remain on the doctor's page. However, the review, which first describes the preparation for the operation, the conversation with the anesthesiologist, the work of the nurses, as well as the description of both the operation and the effects of anesthesia, will be moved to the clinic's page.

A review about a clinic where 2 offers about administrators and 10 about an appointment with an endocrinologist will be transferred to this doctor.

A review with 3 offers about ultrasound and 8 about the cost of admission, promotions, and waiting for admission will be posted on the clinic.

If the ratio of information about the doctor and the clinic in the review is such that it is impossible to determine exactly which information is more and where the benefit of the review will be maximum, the review remains on the page where the author posted it.

If the review concerns a failed appointment, its publication is possible only on the clinic's page: without receiving a doctor's consultation, appointment, it is impossible to assess which doctor is a specialist.

Since the review is not only a text, but also an expression of the patient's opinion in the stars, if the review is moved to another page, we will send the author a notification from the medical staff asking them to indicate the ratings. Since we cannot decide for the author exactly how many stars he is willing to give for a particular criterion, and it is impossible to translate the assessment for the thoroughness of the survey into an assessment for the building and premises.
