«Сила отзыва» — a program in which patients receive discount promo codes for reviews, and clinics receive a Professional gift for activating such promo codes. More information about the program
How to participate in the program 
1. Go to the section in the clinic's personal account«Программа "Сила отзыва"».
2. On the page that opens at the bottom, click «Хочу участвовать»and fill out the application.
As soon as you submit your application, the clinic or branch will earn a Pro gift period. The section «Программа "Сила отзыва"»will contain materials for self-posting. The courier will deliver the printing kit within 2-3 weeks.
How many promo codes do I need to activate
Immediately after joining the Program, the clinic receives a Pro as a gift for 90 days without promo codes.
To extend the free Pro software for the next 90 days, you must activate the minimum number of promo codes indicated on the program page. The minimum number of promo codes depends on the clinic category and is determined by the program regulations«Сила отзыва».
After the clinic activates the required number of promo codes, the collection of the next ones is suspended for the duration of the Pro gift version.
Example
The clinic's program page states that 18 promo codes must be activated. The clinic activated 18 promo codes and received the software version as a gift for 90 days.
Over the next 60 days, the clinic activated 18 more promo codes. As long as the gift version of the software is in effect, the activation of promo codes is stopped.
After the 90 days of the gift software expire, the clinic will activate a new gift period for the collected 18 promo codes and will be able to collect promo codes again.
The number of activated promo codes can be viewed in the clinic's personal account in the section«Программа "Сила отзыва"».
How to activate a promo code
A patient who has left a review through the page of a clinic participating in the program will receive an email with a promo code.
The promo code is valid for 1 year. It can only be used once.
Important! From one phone, a patient can leave only one review about a particular clinic and one review about each doctor. For each published review, he will receive a promo code.
When the patient arrives at the clinic, he must present a promo code.
To activate the patient's promo code:
1. Go to the promo code activation page. The link is available in the clinic's personal account in the section «Сила отзыва».
You can also find a link at the bottom of the clinic's individual feedback collection page.
2. Enter the patient's phone number from which he left the review, and the 4 digits of the promo code. Click«Активировать».
If everything is in order, an activation confirmation screen will appear. After that, you can give the patient a discount. The promo code will be used to receive the free version of the Pro software.
Why can't I activate the promo code?
The wrong phone number is specified
You need to specify the number from which the patient left the review.
The promo code has already been activated
The patient can use the promo code only once.
The promo code expired
The promo code is valid for 1 year from the date of publication of the review.
The letter indicates the date by which you can use the discount.
The review was removed from publication
The following situation is possible: the review was published, the patient received an email with a promo code, then the review was removed from publication. In this case, the promo code is no longer valid.
