Recommendations for writing reviews
One of the goals of the portal ProDoctorovis to help the user in finding and choosing a doctor. And this is done through reviews, thanks to which the user can understand whether this specialist is suitable for him. That is, whether he had experience working with similar problems and how he builds communication with the patient.
We have prepared recommendations for reviewers.:
1. Write in detail
In order for the review to be useful to the reader, it should be clear from its text how this particular doctor helped this patient, why he recommends (or does not recommend) this particular specialist.
By pointing out the strengths or weaknesses of a specialist and revealing the outcome of the treatment, you help potential patients understand whether this specialist will help them. And clinics and doctors — what can be proud of and what needs to be fixed in order to become better.
2. Indicate who was at the reception.
Since the review can be written not only by the patient himself, but also by his relatives, it is important that it is clear from the text who the author is the patient, whether the author was a direct participant in the events or heard about what happened directly from the patient.
3. Do not copy other people's texts.
When readers see similar texts, they do not trust them, believing that they could have been written by one person. In addition, the use of texts previously posted on the Internet may lead to accusations of plagiarism.
4. Be polite
Do not use rude or offensive language in the text: even if there is a conflict, try to describe it correctly, without going beyond the scope.
5. Write well.
Try to write words without mistakes, separating sentences with punctuation marks: moderators will help correct grammar before publishing a review, but they will not always be able to understand the correct meaning of a word if there are several options. For example, the LMS may turn out to be both compulsory medical insurance and VMI. In such cases, the moderator will not be able to correct the word himself and will be forced to contact you for clarification, which will postpone publication.
6. Evaluate your doctor as a specialist, not as a person.
When describing the experience, pay attention to those aspects that are related to the doctor as a specialist.: how he conducts the appointment, how he collects an anamnesis, how he explains his recommendations, whether the prescribed treatment helps and what are its results.
The color of his hair, the length of his skirt, the color of his nails, the place of residence of the doctor or the brand of his car do not speak about him as a good or bad specialist.
7. Take a look from different angles
If you write reviews about both the doctor and the clinic, in each of the reviews tell us about individual aspects of the interaction: in the review about the doctor — about how the appointment itself went and whether the treatment helped, about the clinic — how everything was organized, tell us about the pricing policy, the convenience of the clinic and the attitude of the registrars.
Rules for publishing reviews
1) A review is the treatment history of the patient or his close relative.
Write about your personal experiences or those of your loved ones, indicating who they are to you. We do not publish reviews about neighbors, second cousins, or roommates.
2) Choose the right page
Some clinics have several branches both within the same city and country. Check if you are leaving a review on the right page: is the address specified the same, does the name match?
Make sure that the doctor is selected correctly: the doctor's full name and specialty are the right ones.
3) Patient experience only
Do not write about the clinic as an employer, and about the doctor as a colleague. Users are looking for information about how the clinic treats, not how it works there.
4) Without ads and anti-ads
We do not allow advertising and anti-advertising reviews to be published. Also, try not to compare the reviews of doctors and clinics. Don't leave multiple reviews on the same page.
5) Be honest
Do not leave a review if you have not been a patient of a particular doctor or clinic: we believe that medicine is not an area where customized reviews are acceptable.
6) No inappropriate content
Do not add images that may shock users, illustrate genitals, demonstrate cruelty, and do not allow threats and calls for violence in the text.
7) Within the framework of the law
Do not post information about a violation of the law if you cannot confirm it.
8) Confirm the reviews
Attach to the review something that can confirm the fact of admission (conclusions, acts of services rendered, etc.) or illustrate the results of treatment (photos before / after, photos during or after treatment). Photos or pictures unrelated to the described experience are not posted.
