How reviews are moderated
Immediately after sending the review, it is automatically checked for uniqueness, matches with other reviews, and so on. It takes about 30 minutes. The moderator then checks the text and profile for compliance with the publication policy and rulesProDoctorov. It usually takes no more than 24 hours. However, there are cases when only a senior employee can accept a review or there are inconsistencies in the text. For example, ambiguous phrases or mistakes in words. The review review period may be extended because we need to contact the author and clarify everything. We can also perform an extended review check before or after publication.

Why the review may be subject to extended review before publication
The review will be sent for extended review if it contains information that could discredit the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the doctor or clinic. And also if it has overlaps with other reviews that were previously considered unreliable.

If the review has already been published, why check it again?
For example, if a doctor or clinic considers a review unreliable and wants to make sure that this is a real patient. Or the review review department finds suspicious matches with other reviews.

How long does such a check take?
About 10 days, depending on how soon the author gets in touch and sends the documents confirming the review. After confirmation, the review can be restored.

How do you contact the review authors?
We have two ways.:

  1. In a minute. The author receives an SMS with the text: «Отзыв нужно доработать для публикации: [ссылка на личный кабинет]». He follows the link and gets into his personal account, where he can upload the supporting documents.
  2. We send an SMS to the reviewer.: «Ваш отзыв на проверке. Нужна ваша помощь. Свяжитесь с ПроДокторов [...]». The patient can contact us in a convenient way. If he doesn't get in touch, we'll call him ourselves.

    Which documents are suitable to confirm the review?

    What should I do if the patient says that his review has not been published?
    Recommend that they contact the Screening department from the same phone number that the patient provided when submitting the review. When contacting the post office, you must immediately specify the phone number in the email.
