For us, deleting a review is equivalent to refusing to express an opinion about this doctor or clinic. The action is irrevocable: you cannot return the review or write a new one about the same doctor on his page or on the clinic's page after deleting it.
After deleting a review, a mark will remain in its place«Отзыв удалён автором (дата)». We leave such a mark so that other patients do not doubt the honesty of the portal and the doctor/clinic. The disappearance of a review without a trace may lead readers to believe that the review was deleted without the author's knowledge.
Since a review can only be deleted by the decision of its author, it is important for us to make sure that the request comes from him. In this regard, the author has several options for action:
1. Write a new review on the same page as the first time, from the same phone number / via the same social network, requesting that the previous one be deleted.
2. Call 8 800 600-30-28 from the same phone number that was specified when leaving the review and express your desire to delete the review.
3. Write a request for deletion in the messenger to the number +7 918 990-13-96 from the same phone number that was specified when leaving the review.
4. Write from the email address specified in your personal account to the following email address proverka@medrocket.ru request to delete the review.
These precautions will help prevent unscrupulous users of the portal from deleting reviews.
If you only want to change or supplement the review, please use one of the options described in the article How to supplement the review. This option is most appropriate when the problem described in the review has been resolved in dialogue with representatives of the clinic or the doctor.
Important: you can delete only the review that has already been published. If the review is being moderated, it is simply rejected: so readers will not even know about it, and the doctor himself will not see its text and assessment. You can't delete a review from your personal account, but only the author sees it.
