How can a doctor regain access to his personal account

Contact the support service by contacts.

If you are registered onProDoctorov

1. To restore access to your profile, first try logging in with your email address. To do this, click on the portal «Войти»and select «Врач или клиника».

2. Enter your username (email) and password and click «Войти». Or click «Забыли пароль?»to restore access.

If you don't remember your email address

Write to the support service at the email address help@medrocket.ru or call 8 800 707-31-29. Support specialists will tell you part of the email address that was specified during profile registration and send you a link to restore your password if you still have access to this address.

If you do not have access to the mail, the mail is not working, and the clinic has registered you.

Contact customer support by email help@medrocket.ru and inform them that access to the profile has been lost. In the request, specify a new personal working email address and attach your portrait photo (selfie) with any document in your hands to confirm your identity.:

  • the document of education,
  • passport,
  • driver's license.

It is important that your face and full name are clearly visible in the document.

Important! Specialists will not be able to replace the mail address with the domains @outlook.com , @hotmail.com , @live.ru .

The support specialist will replace the email address with the current one and send a link to it to create a new password.

Important! Access to the doctor's profile is not provided to third parties. The doctor himself can give access to his profile for the clinic through trust management in the section«Настройка профиля».
