Setting up an appointment with the clinic's doctors takes place through the section «Врачи»in the personal account of the medical institution.
Clicking on the pencil icon on the right in the doctor's card opens the profile editing panel.
In the panel that opens, you can configure the settings for making an appointment with a doctor. The record for each specialty is configured separately.
- The switch «Запись включена»is responsible for making the record for this specialty available to patients. You can only enable recording if the doctor has a portrait photo and the price of the initial appointment is indicated.
- The required field «Специальность»allows you to specify the specialty in which the doctor will conduct the appointment.
- The cost of the initial appointment will be displayed for patients and is also a mandatory field to enable recording.
- «Клубная цена» He is responsible for whether an appointment for the Club ProDoctorovwill be available to this doctor in the chosen specialty. This setting is only available to clinics that have joined the Club.
- «Скидка на агрегаторах»Specify the maximum discount for doctor's appointments on other aggregators in the field. The club admission price is calculated from the cost of the initial admission, taking into account this discount. If there is no discount, you can leave the field empty.
- This field «На дом»determines the cost of calling a doctor at home. If you leave it empty, patients will not be able to call a doctor at home.
- This field «Онлайн»determines the cost of an online doctor's consultation. For the indication, the doctor must be registered on ProDoctorov. Leave this field empty if the doctor does not conduct online appointments.
- «Возраст пациента» allows you to specify the age range of patients allowed to make an appointment with this doctor in the chosen specialty.
- It is possible to delete a specialty, and then it will no longer be associated with a doctor.
