A special placement is a card of a doctor or clinic that is placed on the first page of the rating of doctors/clinics by specialty in your city. The special placement lasts for one day, and no more than three cards can be published at the same time.
The service is paid. To determine the three cards that will be placed in the Special Placement block in the next 24 hours, we use the GSP auction (second price auction).
The winning card in the GSP auction is displayed from 00:00 to 24:00 (Moscow time) in the Bid position occupied during the auction (first, second or third place). For example, if your bid is the second highest, the card will be placed second in the specialty catalog.
A representative of the clinic can place bets on participation in the Special Placement of both the clinic card and the doctors working in it. The doctor can only place a bet on the Special Placement of his page. You can place a bet on each specialty if the doctor has several of them.
How the payment is made 
The principle of the GSP auction is that if your bet wins, your balance will be charged not the amount you bet, but the amount of the bet that follows yours.
Let's take an example:
Four bets were placed: 105, 100, 95 and 80 rubles. The three largest bets win, but the one who placed 105 rubles will pay 100. The one who placed 100 is 95, and the one who placed 95 will pay 80 rubles for Special Placement. A participant who has placed 80 rubles does not take up space in the Special Placement and funds will not be debited from his balance.
Payment is made only if the participant takes a place in the Special Placement.
How to place a bet
(1) Click on the button «Личный кабинет»in the upper right corner of the page.
(2) Select a section«Спецразмещение».

(3) Select the category in which you want to bid in the auction and click on the button«Создать».
(4) In the menu that appears, you will see the category in which you will place a bet and the amount of the recommended bid.
The recommended bid is the amount paid by the participant of the previous auction, who took the first place + 1%.
The date you see indicates the day on which the Special Placement will be valid in case of a win. That is, if today is 16.01, then you are betting on Special Placement on January 17 from 00:00 to 24:00.
(5) If your clinic is located in only one section, the clinic type will be determined automatically. If the clinic is located in two or more categories, you can place a bid for each one.
If you want to participate in the auction with the specified bid every day, be sure to check the box under the word«Ежедневно».
Make sure that you have saved the bid and the slider to the right of the button «Сохранить»is in position «Включен»(lit in green).
If you click on the button«Сделать рекомендуемые ставки», the recommended bids will be applied to the positions you have created. You also need to remember to save the changes so that your participation in the auction is recorded.
What does the clinic's special placement look like?
The special placement looks like a clinic card, includes the logo (hidden in the screenshot), the name and address of the clinic. In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, the information has been updated «Спецразмещение».
If your clinic uses Express Recording, Online recording, etc., this functionality will also be displayed on the card.

Special placement of doctors
(1) If you want to place bets on the Special Placement of your clinic's doctors, switch to the tab «Врачи»in the section«Спецразмещение».
(2) Select a doctor from the drop-down menu, specify the specialty, and click «Добавить врача». If you want to place bets on several specialties, you need to add each of them separately.
(3) Specify the amount of the bet, save it, and make sure that the slider to the right of the button «Сохранить»is green (enabled).
If you want to participate in the auction every day, check the box«Ежедневно».
You can also click on the button«Сделать рекомендуемые ставки». In this case, recommended rates will be made for all added doctors. Don't forget to click on the button«Сохранить».
A doctor can participate in special placement for the diseases he treats. When a patient searches for a specialist for a particular disease, they see a list of doctors who have indicated this disease in their treatment profile. Special placement cards can also be placed above this list.

(4) Select a tab «Болезни»in the section«Спецразмещение».
(5) Select the doctor and the disease from the drop-down list. Click«Создать».

(6) Specify the amount of the bet and save it.
What does a doctor's special placement look like?
The special placement looks like a doctor's card, includes a photo (hidden in the screenshot), the doctor's full name and specialty, as well as the place of admission and its cost. In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, the information has been updated «Спецразмещение».
If the clinic where the doctor works uses «Экспресс-запись»it, a dedicated phone number will also be placed on the card.
