A special placement is a card of a doctor or clinic that is placed on the first page of the rating of doctors/clinics by specialty in your city. The special placement lasts for one day, and no more than three cards can be published at the same time.
The service is paid. To determine the three cards that will be placed in the Special Placement block in the next 24 hours, we use the GSP auction (second price auction).
The winning card in the GSP auction is displayed from 00:00 to 24:00 (Moscow time) in the Bid position occupied during the auction (first, second or third place). For example, if your bid is the second highest, the card will be placed second in the specialty catalog.
A representative of the clinic can place bets on participation in the Special Placement of both the clinic card and the doctors working in it. The doctor can only place a bet on the Special Placement of his page. You can place a bet on each specialty if the doctor has several of them.
How the payment is made 
The principle of the GSP auction is that if your bet wins, your balance will be charged not the amount you bet, but the amount of the bet that follows yours.
Let's take an example:
Four bets were placed: 105, 100, 95 and 80 rubles.
The three largest bets win, but the one who placed 105 rubles will pay 100. The one who placed 100 is 95, and the one who placed 95 will pay 80 rubles for Special Placement.
A participant who has placed 80 rubles does not take up space in the Special Placement, and funds will not be debited from his balance. Payment is made only if the participant takes a place in the Special Placement.
How to place a bet
(1) Click on the button «Личный кабинет»in the upper-right corner of the page and go to the section «Спецразмещение».
(2) Depending on which list you would like to advance in, select «Специальности»the or tab«Болезни».
How to make a special placement by specialty
(1) Select one of the specialties added to your page, specify the address of the clinic from the drop-down list and the area/metro. Click«Создать».
(2) Specify the amount of the bet, save it, and make sure that the slider to the right of the button «Сохранить»is green (enabled).
If you want to participate in the auction every day, check the box«Ежедневно».
You can also click on the button«Сделать рекомендуемые ставки». In this case, the recommended bids will be applied to all created bids.
Don't forget to click on the button«Сохранить».
How to make a special placement due to illness
(1) Select a tab «Болезни»in the section«Спецразмещение».
(2) Select a disease from the drop-down list. Click«Создать».
Only those diagnoses that are selected as the doctor's treatment profile are displayed here.
(3) Specify the amount of the bet and save it.
What does a doctor's special placement look like?
The special placement looks like a doctor's card, includes a photo (hidden in the screenshot), the doctor's full name and specialty, as well as the place of admission and its cost.
If the clinic where the doctor works uses Express Recording, Online recording, ClubProDoctorov, etc., the card will also display the connected services.

No, bets must be placed no later than 23:00 Moscow time.
Can I place a bet of any size?
The minimum bid amount is limited and is specified in the section of the advertising offer agreement. You can read the agreement in the section «Пополнить счёт».
How do I know if I've won a special placement?
The history of your bids and the places occupied in the auction will be available in the section «Спецразмещение». There will be a dash in the column in front of those bets that were not winning«Место».
How will the places be allocated if the three highest bids are the same?
The pages of doctors with the highest official rating on will be selected for Special placement ProDoctorov. The place of publication of the Special Placement (first, second or third) will also be selected according to the highest official rating. If the official rating is the same, the winners and their places in the auction will be determined by the highest popular rating.
How will the payment amount be determined if less than four bidders participate in the auction?
The Special Placement price for the lowest bidder will be equal to the minimum bid amount. The minimum bid amount is specified in section 11 of the advertising offer agreement.
Should there be only one participant in the auction?
The Special Placement price for it will be equal to the minimum bid amount.
If there are not enough funds on the balance to participate in the auction for all the bids made?
The order of participation of the bets will be determined arbitrarily. If there are only enough funds for one bet and she wins, the rest of the bets will not participate.
Should multiple users place bids for the same doctor in the same specialty?
Since there can only be one Doctor's Special Placement in the specialty catalog, the best one will be selected among the bids.
If the bids are the same, the best bet is the one that the doctor made himself. If the bids are different, the one above is the best.
The best bid will participate in the general auction.
Should several clinics make the same bids for the same doctor?
The best bid will be selected based on the highest official rating of clinics. If it will be the same, then according to the popular rating.
