Video visuals

The video card helps the doctor to present himself on the website ProDoctorovso that the patient can get to know him before the appointment.

Video visuals on doctors' lists

Doctors with video visuals can be found immediately in the list of doctors.
On the lists of doctors, the play icon is displayed in the upper-left corner of the avatar, which opens the doctor's page and scrolls to the video section.

How to upload a video card

1. Log in to your personal account https://prodoctorov.ru/profile/login /

(2) Go to the section «Редактировать страницу».

(3) Select an item «Видеовизитка»and click on the blue button«Загрузить видео».

If you have already added a video card, then in this section you can see your file and the moderation status.

1. Download the video from your device.
2. Edit the cover of your video card and click on the button«Отправить на проверку». The video will be sent for moderation. Moderation can take up to 3 days.

Only one video message can be displayed on your public page. If the previous version was published and you want to replace it, you can use the button «Загрузить новое видео». After uploading a new video, the old one will be displayed on your public page until the new one is published, and then deleted.

If there is at least one video under moderation, then it is impossible to upload another video, the button will be blocked.
If the video has not passed moderation, you will see a note next to it «Отклонено»and the reason for rejection below. After that, you can either delete the previously uploaded video or add a new one. The rejected video is deleted automatically after 7 days.

Which video is suitable

• Your story about your medical and scientific activities: how did you end up in medicine, to whom and with what do you help, what do you specialize in, how do you receive, etc.
• Your face is clearly visible
• Are you wearing medical or business-style clothes?
• Your silhouette takes about 2/3 of the frame.
• Subtitles are allowed
• A brief mention of the equipment is allowed
• The clinic's logo and name are allowed on clothing or badges.

What is not allowed on the video

• Music: may lead to copyright infringement
• Advertising for organizations, sites, and individuals
• Equipment advertising
• Logos, watermarks
• The logo/name of the clinic in the frame is not on the clothes or badge
• Contact information, links to social networks
• Strangers
• The presence of any dynamics in the frame other than you (for example, screens, people, animals)
• You are at work, moving around the clinic or its offices
• Images of patients during medical manipulations that allow them to be identified
• Interview format
• Patient reviews
• Shocking and unacceptable content: perineum and genitals, surgical operations, wounds, blood, etc.
• Video reports from events, lectures, TV broadcasts, etc.

Choosing an angle

Try to set the frame so that you take up most of it. Position the camera just above eye level. The eyes should be above the middle of the frame.

Technical requirements

• the video should be vertical (preferably 9:16);
• The video duration is a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 60 seconds.
• The maximum size is 100 MB.
• MOV format (when downloading from iOS/macos devices), MP4 (when downloading from other devices);
• The quality is at least 480p.

Example 1 - A doctor in medical clothes on a neutral background, simply, clearly and briefly talks about what he does.

Example 2 - The doctor talks in detail about the principles on which his work is based — this is important. There are also subtitles, which does not violate the rules of moderation.

Example 3 - A doctor is interested in talking about his field of treatment and experience.

Example 4 - A doctor with a smile briefly talks about his specialization and the methods used.
