There ProDoctorovare several recommended lists on which patients choose doctors and clinics. The place in the list is determined by the ranking system.
What is a point system?
There is no priority for any parameter in the point ranking system. Doctors receive a certain number of points for each parameter, these points are summed up, and the doctors' cards with the highest number of points are placed in the list above. In other words, it is possible that a doctor's card without an online record may be located above a doctor's card with an online record.
How points are awarded
These are the parameters for which doctors are awarded points.

The doctor's star rating is from 0 to 150 points. To earn points, the star rating is multiplied by 30. For example, if a doctor has a star rating of 4, he gets 120 points for it. To score as many points as possible, you need to confirm the doctor's experience and collect positive feedback.
The doctor's proven experience is from 0 to 60 points.
Proven experience includes:
- Points for education (2 points are awarded for each year of education, we take into account up to 15 years, that is, a doctor can get a maximum of 30 points for education, points are awarded from the third year (3-17).
- Points for a scientific degree (we award 8 points for each, that is, a doctor can receive a maximum of 24 points for a scientific degree).
- Points per category (we award 2 points for each category, for a total of a maximum of 6 points a doctor can receive per category).
Express entry - 50 points. It must be configured in the clinic and enabled by the doctor.
Online entry - 100 points. It must be configured in the clinic and enabled by the doctor.
Club record ProDoctorov— 100 points. The doctor must have a club price set and an online appointment enabled.
Free slots in the schedule for the next 14 days are 100 points. If there are no empty cells, the doctor has 0 points for this parameter. To earn points for this parameter, online or express recording must be enabled.
The percentage of successful online clinic appointments ranges from 0 to 100 points. An online account must be enabled to earn points for this parameter. The lower this percentage, the more often patients encounter errors when making online appointments at the clinic. Therefore, this indicator affects the ranking. No points are awarded up to and including 75%, then 4 points for each percentage. For example, if the clinic has 85% successful records, then the doctor will receive 40 points. (85 % - 75 % = 10 %. 10 * 4 = 40). The percentage of successful entries can be tracked in your personal account at Medflex.
The availability of admission to the clinic is from 0 to 50 points. An online account must be enabled to earn points for this parameter. The longer the clinic's MIS is available for recording during the day, the more points doctors receive for this parameter.:
Less than 15 hours — 0 points
16 hours — 8 points
17 hours — 17 points
18 hours — 25 points
19 hours — 33 points
20 hours — 42 points
21 hours — 50 points
A doctor can get a maximum of 710 points.
In order for doctors to have as many points as possible and their cards to be placed higher, you need to:
- Confirm the doctors' experience.
- Collect positive reviews.
- Enable express recording for doctors.
- Enable online recording for doctors.
- Connect the Club record to the doctors.
- Do not allow interruptions and disconnections of the MIS.
For example
For example, let's take a doctor's card and show how many points he gets when ranking.
- For a star rating — 90 points (star rating 3 times 30).
- For express recording - 50 points.
- For online registration - 100 points.
- For a Club entry — 100 points.
- For free slots in the schedule — 100 points.
Next, the system determines how the clinic entry works «Хороший доктор»(this information is not displayed in the doctor's card):
- 76% of successful records give the doctor 4 points.
- Admission to the clinic is available 15 hours a day, so the doctor has 0 points for this parameter.
The doctor has a total of 444 points.
Let's say there is a surgeon with the same star rating, express and online registration, Club and free cells. But in his clinic, 80% of successful recordings are available 24 hours a day. This surgeon's card will be higher on the list.

If the doctor works in several clinics
In this case, the default clinic on the doctor's card is displayed, which earns him more points.
For example, a doctor works in Clinic A, where there is:
- Club (100 points).
- Online entry (100 points).
- Schedule with free cells (100 points).
- 89% of successful clinic appointments (56 points).
There are only 356 points in clinic B, where there are:
- Online entry (100 points).
- Express entry (50 points).
- Schedule with free cells (100 points).
- 95% of successful clinic appointments (80 points).
A total of 330 points. Clinic A gives the doctor more points, so the doctor's card will be ranked based on 356 points and it will show Clinic A and its schedule.
If the number of points is equal, the clinic with the highest star rating is displayed by default. If the star ratings are also the same, the clinic with the highest popular rating gets priority. If all the indicators match, we arrange them alphabetically.

If the doctors have the same number of points
Then the card of the doctor with the higher rating is placed higher in the list.

If these indicators also match, then we will rank these doctors alphabetically.
