(1) Log in to your clinic's personal account https://prodoctorov.ru/profile/login /

(2) Select a section«Отзывы».

(3) You can switch between tabs «Отзывы о врачах»and «Отзывы о клинике».

(4) For ease of searching, you can choose reviews without a response or with a response.

(5) Press the button«Ответить».

(6) Carefully read the rules for responding to reviews and recommendations.

You can write the answer yourself, use the help of a constructor, or generate an answer using Artificial Intelligence.
Response Constructor
If you don't have enough time to give a unique response to each patient's feedback, you can use «Конструктором ответов». This system will help you to quickly compose a response to a positive or negative feedback from a patient, express the position of the clinic and correct the situation.
(1) To open «Конструктор»it, click on the active link in the upper-left corner above the response form.

(2) Select which template you want to work with. The set of phrases that will be offered to you will depend on this«Конструктор».

(3) The negative feedback constructor consists of the following steps: Thank you - Express your position - Solve the problem.

(4) The positive feedback constructor consists of the following steps: Thank you - Show empathy - Wish you good health.

(5) Select the appropriate phrases. They will be highlighted in blue and will automatically appear in the feedback form.
If the suggested options don't suit you, you can upgrade them. If the original wording doesn't suit you, you can change it manually in the response field and add your details.

How can I use the constructor?
- Compose a response to the patient's feedback from the suggested phrases;
- Use phrases from only one step in the response.;
- Be inspired by the examples and compose the answer yourself.
We offer many possible answers and mix them regularly.
We recommend that you do not highlight or memorize your favorite phrases. It is important for the patient that the response to his feedback is unique, so it is worth choosing different formulations each time.
If your clinic has several branches and you need to see reviews on one of them, click on the name of the desired clinic in your personal account.
