ProDoctorov He launched Russia's first online gratitude service for doctors. Now, on the website, the patient will be able to legitimately thank the doctor for the treatment using an address wire transfer.
How the service works 
If desired, the patient can transfer to the doctor any amount at his discretion from 49 to 3,000 rubles through the CloudTips system (Tinkoff Bank).
This option is optional. The doctor decides for himself whether he wants to join the program.
The service works through a button «Поблагодарить»in the doctor's profile.
How we calculated the transfer restrictions
The limit of 3 thousand according to clause 2, clause 1, Article 575 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation guarantees the legality of transfers. The lower limit of 49 rubles is determined by the CloudTips payment system. This type of communication is safe for both the patient and the doctor.
The service ProDoctorovis a platform for the implementation of the initiative on a non-commercial basis (the commission for transfers is charged only by the payment system). From the point of view of the legislation of the Russian Federation, such a gratitude system is defined as a gift and is not subject to personal income tax.
How to activate the service
- To start working with the gratitude system, the doctor must enable this feature in his personal account through the section«Редактировать страницу».
- Subsection «Благодарность от пациентов».
- If you have not enabled the function, the default mode will be selected«Не показывать отношение к подаркам». There will be no button on your page «Поблагодарить»and no information stating that you do not accept gifts.
- If you want to receive gratitude from patients, select the option «Получать благодарность»and confirm the phone number.
The option «Получать благодарность»is active. A button will now be displayed on your page«Поблагодарить».
If desired, the online gratitude service can be disabled by selecting «Не показывать отношение к подаркам»the or mode«Указать, что не принимаю подарки».
If the doctor does not want to connect gratitude
If you do not want to receive gratitude from patients online or in person, you can choose the mode«Указать, что не принимаю подарки».
A mark will appear on the page«Не принимает подарки». Patients will know that you don't need to give anything online or in person.
How to withdraw money
We create a cloud wallet for each doctor who joins the service. After receiving the first gratitude from the patient, you will receive an SMS to the specified number with a link to the personal account of the payment system. You must log in using your phone number and connect your card to withdraw funds.

You can withdraw money to any bank card. The CloudTips service may charge a commission.
