Important! You can cancel or reschedule the appointment if there are more than 60 minutes left before the consultation.
If there are less than 60 minutes left before the consultation, contact the clinic.
How to cancel a consultation 
(1) Log in to the Medical center via a computer or an application.
(2) On the main screen, select «Ближайшие записи»and tap on the desired one.

(3) Click «Перенос или отмена».
(4) Select «Отмена записи».
Confirm the action.
How to reschedule a consultation
(1) Log in to the Medical center via a computer or an application.
(2) On the main screen, select «Ближайшие записи»and tap on the desired one.

(4) Select «Перенос записи».
(5) Select the appropriate date.
Dates for 30 days in advance are available for postponing the recording.
One record can be transferred no more than three times.
(6) Select the time from the available slots and press «Продолжить».
(7) Press «Перенести запись».
Important! It is not possible to reschedule the reception at the club price. You can call the clinic and try to negotiate with them privately.
