In order to activate the trust management of the doctor's page, you need to allow the trust management of his page through the doctor's personal account. Instructions for the doctor are here.
In the clinic's personal account:
(1) Go to the section «Версии ПО».
(2) Select the Pro or Standard software version in the column«Будущая версия».
If you want the software version to be renewed automatically every 30 days, check the box«Автопродление».
Click«Сохранить».
(3) Make sure that there is enough money in the balance to pay for the software version.
If there is not enough money, top up the balance of the license agreement.
If the connection was successful, the «Врачи»trust management status will be displayed in the clinic's personal account in the section«Активно».
If the trust management is enabled by the doctor and your clinic is selected, but the «Профи»or software version is not enabled«Стандарт», the status «неактивно»will be displayed.
If the doctor has not selected your clinic for trust management, there will be a status«нет доступа», regardless of the software version used by the clinic.
How can I update the doctor's avatar through trust management? 
(1) In the clinic's personal account«Врачи», click on the pencil icon in the section. A sidebar opens.
(2) Click «Изменить фото»and upload a photo from your device.
(3) After uploading, the new photo will be sent for moderation. Both you and the doctor will not be able to upload another photo until moderation is complete. The status will be displayed in the clinic's personal account«Новое фото на модерации».
There «Другие документы и фотографии»will also be a corresponding notification in the doctor's personal account in the section.
How can I upload a doctor's video card through a trust management?
(1) In the clinic's personal account«Врачи», click on the pencil icon in the section. A sidebar opens.
(2) At the bottom of the doctor's profile, select a tab «Видеовизитка»and click «Загрузить видео».
Check out the video requirements to increase the chances of publication.
(3) Select the appropriate video from your device and upload it. The moderator will check the video within 3 business days.
Until moderation is completed, the doctor will not be able to upload the video message through his personal account. A similar rule applies to video visuals uploaded by a doctor.
Upon completion of moderation, you will see the result. You will also be able to download another video.
When the business card is published, a corresponding notification will be sent to the doctor's registered email.
The doctor can delete the video card uploaded by the clinic from his page.
The clinic can delete a video message, either at the moderation stage or already published.
How can I specify the doctor's education, profile, courses, and work experience through trust management?
(1) In the clinic's personal account«Врачи», click on the pencil icon in the section. A sidebar opens.
(2) Select the tab in the doctor's profile below«Образование».
Click on the pencil icon to edit an already added education or «+Добавить»to add information.
In a similar way, you can specify the treatment profile, work experience, and completed courses on the doctor's page.
If the doctor needs to delete the educational information posted by the clinic, you will need to contact customer support.
How can I specify the doctor's qualifications through trust management?
(1) In the clinic's personal account«Врачи», click on the pencil icon in the section. A sidebar opens.
(2) Select the tab in the doctor's profile below«Квалификация».
Click on the "Upload document" button and select the required document to confirm the qualification.
To confirm your qualifications, you need to upload:
- Length of service is a diploma of basic specialized education (for doctors - medical higher or secondary education, for psychologists, for example, higher psychological education or a diploma of retraining in psychology). The length of service is confirmed 1 time.
- Category - an order or an extract from an order for assigning a category. An extract from the order must have the seal of the Ministry of Health or the Department of Health.
- Academic degree or title - diploma of candidate/Doctor of Medical Sciences or professor's certificate.
You can't change your qualifications if you have a doctor:
- Scientific achievement - Professor;
- Category - The highest category;
- The length of service is confirmed.
