Currently, an appointment for tests is available only in KDL laboratories in Moscow and the Moscow region.
1.Go to the main page of the portalProDoctorov.
2.Select your city from the list.
3.Click on the button «Вся диагностика»on the main page and select «Анализы».
There are 2 ways to search for analyses: from the general list of all partner analyses or from the list of laboratory analyses at the selected address.
To search for analyses by name: 
1.Click «Все анализы».
2.Enter the name of the analysis in the search bar and add it to the shopping cart.
If necessary, add other analyses to the shopping cart.
3.Click «Выбрать лабораторию»and select a convenient address
4.Go to the shopping cart to view the list of added analyses.
5.If all the necessary analyses have been added to the shopping cart, click «Оформить заказ».
Important! Biomaterial collection will be automatically included in the order amount.
If the laboratory is not ready to accept the analysis, you will see a banner at the top of the page. To proceed with the order, delete the analysis from the shopping cart or change the address of the laboratory.
6.Enter your phone number and confirmation code.
7.Select the patient who will take the tests.
If you haven't registered yet or want to add a profile of a family member to your account, enter the new patient's details and click «Сохранить».
8.Check the general order information: laboratory address, patient details, and list of tests, and click «К оплате».
If you do not have an email address specified or verified in the Medtochka application, you must specify and confirm your email address.
9.Enter your bank card details and click«Оплатить»
Important! Pay for the order within 20 minutes. If the order is not paid for during this time, it will be canceled and you will need to go back to step 5 again.
After payment confirmation, the patient's personal account will open.A medical center where the order details will be available to you.
You may receive a call from the laboratory to tell you how to prepare for the tests.
Important! If you have not passed the tests within 14 days, the order will be automatically canceled and the money will be refunded to your card within 10 days.
To search for analyses at the laboratory address:
1.Click «Выбрать лабораторию»to select a convenient laboratory address
2.In the window that opens, click «Все анализы»to view the list or find the available tests.
3.Enter the name of the analysis in the search bar and add it to the shopping cart.
If necessary, add other analyses to the shopping cart.
Follow steps 4-9 to complete the test appointment.
How to cancel an order
You can cancel your order in the Medtochka app or in your personal account any day before the tests are completed. The money will be refunded to your card within 10 days after the cancellation of the order.
