The portal ProDoctorovprovides an opportunity to make an appointment and consult with a specialist through a secure video chat in a medical room.
To make an appointment for an online consultation, select the city where the doctor you are interested in works or any other city.
How to find a cat in racha who conducts online consultations 
(1) Specify the doctor's specialty in the search bar or select it from the list of specialties on the city's page in the tab«Врачи».
(2) Use the filter «Приём»and select the search criteria«Онлайн».
Click«Показать».
You will see a list of doctors to whom you can make an appointment for an online consultation.
How to sign up for an online consultation
(1) Click on the appropriate cell in the doctor's schedule.
(2) Specify your full name and date of birth.
If you are recording another person, be sure to mark it with the slider by moving it to the right.
Click«Далее».
(3) Enter your phone number and tap «Записаться».
You will receive an incoming call. Enter the last four digits of the calling number in the confirmation code field.
(4) Provide your email address so that we can send you a receipt and open access to an online consultation.
(5) An email with an access code will be sent to your email address.
Enter the code in the special field.
(6) Read the text of the contract with the clinic and check the box next to it if you agree with the terms.
Click«Оплатить».
(7) Enter your bank card details and click «Оплатить».
How to contact a doctor
(1) After payment confirmation, the patient's personal account will open, where the details of the appointment will be available to you.
(2) Click on the button «Подготовить медкарту»if you haven't uploaded a photo of the medical documents yet.
The doctor may need them during the consultation.
(3) A chat with a specialist will be available to you 5 minutes before the start of the consultation.
(4) By pressing the button«Чат консультации» You can text your doctor or start a video call.
How to cancel a consultation
You can cancel an online consultation no later than one hour before it starts.
Go to the recording details and click «Отменить запись».
