The section «Отзывы»in the doctor's personal office helps you both work with reviews and understand what stage they are at.
How to get to the section«Отзывы»
1. Log in to the portal as a doctor. To do this, click «Войти»in the upper-right corner and select an option «Врач или клиника». Enter your username and password.
2. Click on the label «Личный кабинет»in the upper right corner if you are using the PC version.
In the mobile version, click on the three bars in the left corner.
3. Select a section«Отзывы».
In this section, the doctor can see the reviews that were left about him.
If the review is published, then the doctor has options for reviewing the review, such as:
1. Response to a review: an opportunity to thank you for your feedback or share your point of view about what happened at the reception and the conclusions made by the patient. The answers are also being checked. Therefore, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Rules for posting responses to reviews.
2. Private chat with the patient: an opportunity to discuss the situation and his opinion more freely with the patient outside the eyes of other readers. For more information, see the article Private chat with a patient.
3. Request for extended verification: for more information about such verification, see the article How we check reviews. The essence of the check is that the staff «ПроДокторов»will conduct a journalistic investigation, requesting documents from the author on the facts from his review. And if they are confirmed, the review will be restored.
If the patient described the facts without distortion, but you do not agree with his conclusions and opinion, we recommend using the response to the review or chat. Chat – if you want to discuss everything peacefully and find a compromise, the answer is if you want to publicly state your position and allow readers to draw conclusions based on two opinions.
Starting from May 20, 2024, doctors will have access to the review history in their personal account.
The doctor can find out exactly how many reviews were left on his page starting from 05/20/2024, how many of them were rejected or sent to patients for revision.
Since reviews can have a wide variety of ratings and texts, we do not show detailed information about the review before publication in order to minimize the influence on the author from the doctor or clinic. However, by clicking on«Подробнее», you can find out what kind of interaction took place between the patient and the portal, as well as the reason for rejecting the review if it cannot be published.
If you see that the stages alternate«Дополнительная проверка»«На исправлении у пациента», it means that there is a correspondence between the author and the employeeProDoctorov, during which the employee tries to help the author correct the review. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to do this on the first attempt.
If there is a chance to bring the review to publication, the moderator will do everything in his power to help the author. Further, everything depends only on the author himself: on his interest and willingness to cooperate.
