The general principle of ranking lists 
There ProDoctorovare several recommended lists on which patients choose doctors and clinics. The place in the list is determined by the ranking system.
Important! Since January 2025, the portal has completely switched to a point-based ranking system.

There is no priority for any parameter in the point system. The amount of points is important. Therefore, the ranking becomes more transparent for clinics. The clinic can score a maximum of 720 points.
What points are awarded for:
- Online registration for services — up to 100 points. We give 1 point for each service from the directoryProDoctorov, where there is an online entry.
- Club record ProDoctorov— up to 70 points. According to the percentage of doctors connected to the Club relative to all doctors of the clinic.
- Recording by phone — 50 points. For enabling phone recording (express recording).
- Star rating — up to 150 points. To earn points, the star rating is multiplied by 30.
- Online appointment with doctors — up to 100 points. For each doctor with an online appointment at the clinic, 1 point is awarded, but not more than 100.
- Automatic price upload — up to 100 points. For every 10 automatically uploaded prices, 1 point is awarded, but not more than 100 points.
- The success rate of admission to the clinic in 30 days is up to 100 points. Points are awarded for success rates of 75% or more, 4 points per 1%.
- Admission to the clinic is available for at least 15 hours a day — up to 50 points. Points are awarded if you are available for at least 15 hours. To get 50 points, the entry must be available for at least 21 hours.: 16 hours — 8 points, 17 hours — 17 points, 18 hours — 25 points, 19 hours — 33 points, 20 hours — 42 points, 21 hours — 50 points.
Where to view your clinic's scores
The points are displayed in the clinic's personal account in the section«Ранжирование клиники».
After the clinic has enabled the service or improved the effect of the factor affecting the number of points, the total number of points will be updated within 10 minutes.
On the page that opens, you will see the total number of points of your clinic and the number of points for each scoring criterion.
Some points may not be awarded. You need to enable an online account in order for the accrual to begin.

If the clinics have the same number of points, then they are compared sequentially: by stars, by clinic rating, alphabetically. That is, with an equal star rating above, the clinic with the highest rating will be placed. This indicator is calculated based on patient ratings from reviews.
If the rating of the clinics also turns out to be the same, then the clinic cards will be ranked alphabetically.
Important! The point ranking system is used only for lists of clinics and does not apply to services and diagnostics.
Ranking on lists of private clinics
In the lists of dentists, eye clinics, gynecological clinics and cosmetology, points for indicators «Онлайн-запись к врачам»and «Запись по Клубу ПроДокторов»are awarded only for specialists with a specialized specialty.

The multidisciplinary center «Х»employs 100 doctors with online registration enabled, of which only 11 are in the profile«Косметология».
In the list of all clinics, the multidisciplinary center «Х»will have 100 points for«Онлайн запись к врачам», since 100 doctors in this center have online registration enabled. In the list of specialization«Косметология», the same multidisciplinary center will have 11 points for the indicator«Онлайн-запись к врачам», because there are only 11 specialized doctors with online registration enabled in this center.

The ranking of the list of clinics will be dynamic. In other words, the order of clinics will be updated immediately after the total number of points is updated.
